Matthew Stewart joined Bailey & Galyen in 2005. He manages our firm’s statewide Social Security department, providing legal services for clients in cities that include Dallas/Fort Worth, Bedford, Arlington, Euless, Houston, and Harlingen. Mr. Stewart has also handled claims with success in Missouri, Florida, and New Mexico.

Devoting his practice exclusively to representation of clients before the Social Security Administration and in federal court, Mr. Stewart has helped hundreds of individuals successfully pursue Social Security benefits.

Mr. Stewart contributes his time to a variety of professional organizations, and does pro bono work through local bar and nonprofit organizations.
