About Our Firm

J. C. Bailey, III and Phillip Galyen established the Dallas based law firm of Bailey & Galyen in 1982. Over the years the firm expanded to provide clients with neighborhood offices in Arlington, Bedford, Ft. Worth, Grand Prairie, Irving Plano and Weatherford as well as four offices in Houston and three locations in south Texas.

Our growth at Bailey & Galyen has positioned our firm as one of the largest consumer law practices in Texas. With more than 30 attorneys and a substantial support staff not only in Texas, but also in Florida and Missouri, we have moved toward nationwide expansion.
